Q. I am not happy with my purchase. What are my options?
A. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a new one or receive reimbursement for the item in the same form of the original payment. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to make an exchange or receive reimbursement. The item must be unworn. To start the return process, please fill out the form on our Return page.
Q. How should I wash my tee?
A. We recommend washing the tees inside out with like colors on a cold, delicate cycle. The print has been cured to the fabric so you can iron over the image. If your print washes out in the first wash, please email us immediately at email@example.com. The shirt can be dried on a low heat cycle in the dryer. Some shrinking may occur after drying, but it should be minimal if dried on low. If you treat your tees with love, they will last forever.
Q. How should I wash my bag?
A. We recommend spot cleaning the bags as necessary. The design has been cured to the fabric so the ink can be washed, ironed and dried without the design fading. However, the bags are made of heavy canvas and are not meant to be washed or dried without potential damage to the canvas or severe shrinkage. Q. How do you screen print your products?
A. By hand! As a result, no two shirts are completely alike. Our "Color Blind
" and "Love
" designs are a mixture of multiple color inks, so the blend will be different for every print. It is also important to note that the colors of the products and the ink may look slightly different than the photographs featured due to differences in computer and mobile screen formats.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Since all products are printed by hand, we ask for up to 7 days for order processing prior to shipping. Shipping days will be determined by the shipping speed selected at checkout. Most items will be received between 10-14 days from the order date. Please go to Shipping

Q. What type of ink do you use?
A. We print using only water-based, environmentally friendly screen printing ink. Please see Our Commitment

Q. How did you determine which organizations would receive a donation from the Advocacy collection?
A. All organizations are personally selected based on the hard work and dedication they have shown to their respective areas of focus. No donations were solicited by an organization.

Q. What happens to my private information?
A. We will never sell your information to a third party. If you choose to join our mailing list, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you create a log in account, your information will be used to find your order history and process your payment. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. We will send email confirmations and tracking information with every order.
